Boy, you take the old fascia off, expecting to just pop a new board back on and whaddya got? Fungus damage in the sub-fascia, along with drywood termites! There was no way to tell there even WAS a sub-fascia. Hey… its not like we snuck in there last night and put that fungus there! Now what do you do? The fair thing to do is to issue a supplemental report with any changes in price included.
